Hi There can any one help ? I have two questions :


1: What is the best way to connect a 2" waste pipe to a clay drainage pipe ?

2: How do I determine if the rain water gully (which is open vented ) is connected to the foul water sewer - My house was built in 1970

You'll have to fit a gulley (which will have a 100mm outlet) and connect this to the clay pipe.
Lift a drain cover and run a hose down the rain water gulley - you will soon know if the rain and foul water systems are combined.
