painting outside windows

can the doctor tell me how to paint outside windows over black gloss paint,
and what type of paint i need to use?

See our project on preparing woodwork for painting Sandra. You can either strip back to bare wood for the best finish using our paint stripping project or sand it all back as shown in the project.
