I have an unvented heating system and have had numerous problems with what the plumber thought was the pumps. After changing 7 or 8 pumps and the system cleaned and flushed twice it turned out to be the bypass valve. The automatic bypass valve was changed to a manual bypass and everything worked fine.I normally put the heating and water on timer in the morning for an hour to warm the water and the heating together. Now the warm weather has come i have just put the hot water on to warm but the heating comes on as well even though it is not turned on.The plumber says it has nothing to do with the work he has done changing the bypass valve. Is this possible and has another part just broken,if so any ideas what it could be?
