I cannot lock my upvc door. The lock works fine when the door is open (useful that!) but the key will not turn when the door is closed. I suspect this is because the latches on the door are not locating in the frame properly as the door has dropped on its hinges. How do I put it right?

David, If it has flag hinges you can wind the door over on the top hinge with an allen key,this is located in the hinge behind a small plastic round insert.If it has butt hinges you will have to re pack the glass,known as toe and heel.I hope this helps.
