Hi there, well the saga of certification at our caravan site roles on, Scottish Water has now said that our site is non domestic and that they now say that we need a 'licensed provider' whatever that is, its been a farce right from the start.

What for ? is there an existing water supply ? or are you wanting a new supply ?

The local authority installed sewage and mains water connection points
to each stance all we had to do was connect to these point, but they advised us we had to get our connections certified (bylaws) and there has been some confusion as to how to go about this, as csae of too many cooks spoiling the broth as everyone is trying to find out what to do.

As long as you've used fittings for potable water (drinkable) and you're not contaminating the water supply in anyway (fit a NRV) then I really wouldn't worry about it. No certification needed.
