I purchased an IKEA Ringskar Faucet in the USA. I want to use a swivel aerator and have had absolutely no luck in finding an adapter for this faucet. My husband thinks we need an adapter to fit a common USA swivel aerator. The size of the male adapter that would be male - l8 thread .071 diameter or something like that. My question is - is there anyone in the world who has sucessfully installed a swivel aerator on this faucet? Do they make a different size swivel aerator in England and if so where could I buy one to fit this facuet? Ikea cannot help me and I have googled for about a month to no avail. Thank you!

the adaptors are usually supplied with the taps i fear that the only way that you are likely to get your hands on one is to buy another tap that has one supplied with it. i don't believe these components are sold separately.
