Oven

Hi chaps - great site!
We had a kitchen fitted some years back and the supplier/fitter just used a standard plug and socket for the ("Stoves") gas hob / electric grill / fan assisted oven.
The plug does get very hot and the fuse blows every now and again.
What is the correct way to wire this up?

ok

questions for you

what is the kw rating of the appliances
what is the consumer unit in place ie rewireable or not
Normal way would be the relevent sized cable into an isolator correctly rated and then to the oven
let us know the info requested and can tell u what is required
