If you are not careful, you will have bought a new shower simply by buying spare parts.
The trouble is, Triton have so many different models, it is difficult to be familiar with all of them however, the principle is the same for all.
Without some test equipment it is going to be difficult to identify the exact part that is at fault.
If the outlet water is stone cold on both heat settings then firstly low water pressure must be excluded. The mechanism that detects low pressure and the microswitch it operates should also be examined.
If this is working satisfactorily then the safety thermostat cutout may have tripped and should be tested next.
I don't know if this model has a printed circuit board, but if so should be checked for damage.
