hi
i have just bought a victorian flat with wooden sash bay windows . The windows need a bit of work to them BUT i will look into that some time in the future. The problem i have is they have secondary glazing and three of the six of them do not open. They are just stuck. One of them the spring seems to operating ok but the plastic lever is stuck .
And one of the other ones the top one moves but the bottom one seems stuck to it so only moves with the bottom one leaving one of the windows exposed and a draft comes in.
I am a complete newb so any suggestions would be appreciated otherwise i will have to call in a glazier.
many thanks
