Kitchen Soil Pipe Connections Advice Request

by beamer » Wed Sep 30, 2009 11:01 am

I am presently installing an island unit in my new kitchen. The 4" soil pipe protrudes from the floor just below the sink. I need to connect:

Kitchen sink
Garbage Disposal
Dishwasher

So far I have only found a plastic (flexible) soil pipe reducer that allows a single 1.5" I can probably fashion everything to connect but would like to make a professional job and would appreciate advice as to whether a single 1.5" drainage pipe is acceptable.

Thanks
Chris
