CSA ?? What does it stand for ?

As stated CSA means cross sectional area.
for a single stranded wire a direct measurement can be made to find it from the wire diameter;
Diameter squared X Pi divided by 4; viz.

csa= dia @ say 3.57mm X 3.57 X 3.142 / 4 = 10.01 mm2

so if you have a vernier/micrometer to measure dia. you can work out CSA.

If say 7 stranded then work out for one strand & times by 7.
