hi. i have an elson hot water tank with ducted air heating system. my hot water tank is full and hot but the water is not coming out of the taps. i have no model number. ex council and therefore given no paperwork. would be gratefull for any suggestions . thanx

Sounds like an air lock, see our project on curing an air lock.

probably air locked, get a cutting of hose pipe about 2 foot long. Open hot tap and place hose pipe over the end then place hose pipe over the end of cold water tap and open the tap. This will backfill the hot water pipes and clear any airlocks. Hope this helps.

May need to try this a few times to clear the airlock.
