I have a direct cylinder immersion heater which works on Economy 7 on and off peak. For some reason the water is only heating up on the on peak immersion, even although it is not switched on. The off peak immersion was only changed about 6 months ago and was workinf fine until I had the engineers in to look at my storage heaters. Why is it on the On peak when it is not even switched on. Appreciate any help re this
