pva on a concrete floor

i have a small idustrial unit i hire to train in , the floor gets so dusty we will hose it down and it will be ok for about 4 weeks but then the dust comes back could i get away with using PVA as a soloution to rid the dust ?

Until it gets wet then it goes live again and you will be sticking to it LoL.

Concrete sealer or concrete floor paint is indicated methinks.

I'd have to agree with roseberry. once you've PVA's a floor there's no option to wash it again and any spills are hard to clear up.

On a side track can self levelling compound be used on a concrete floor covered in paint or would an adhesive layer be required first?
