We recently had acoustic (triple) glazing fitted but now winter is here if you have the heating on high enough to make the room comfortably warm the windows in the morning are streaming with condensation, not between the panes but on the inside.
We enquired as to the installation of a trickle vent but were told that 1. this would invalidate the acoustic guarantee and 2. we'd here a lot of road noise.
With constantly wet window ledges and damp curtains, what is wrong or what is the likely solution.
Many thanks.
