double glazing

hiya my double glazing in the bedroom is a waste of time it feels as though the window is opening i can hear everything going on outside evev though the window is shut is there any thing i can tighten up to stop this?[ :roll: [/url][/list][/list][/code][/quote][/i][/b]

The units have not been fitted properly.
Take a careful all round on the inside and outside.
Look carefully under the window cills.
Fill the gaps with sealent, polyfoam, pollyfilla whatever fits the size of hole.
