when i turn on my garage light there is a faint glow at the ends of the flourescent bulbs but they never fully turn on...i tried replacing the bulbs but i still have the same problem?? what do i do next?

TRY CHANGING THE STARTER, THE LITTLE DEVICE THAT IS REMOVABLE
FROM THE FITTING AND CAN BE SEEN PROTRUDING OUT FROM THE
FITTING. IT JUST TWIST AND TURNS AND OUT IT COMES. TAKE IT TO
A LOCAL STOCKIST/ ELECTRICAL DEALER AND MATCH IT UP.
IF THAT DOEA NOT WORK THEN , I WOULD SUGGEST A NEW FITTING .
