Hi all; im in the process of having a new bathroom suite and cloak room installed.

Do I need a plumber that is registered; or will I need to notify the installations myself to the building inspector

There is no requirement to notify the BR dept for replacing a bathroom suite unless you are modifying the electrics. I don't think they will be really interested in the cloakroom either unless it involves structural changes or a new soil system.
