Hi everyone,

Wondering if anyone could help me with paint cracking and peeling between the wall and coving. It seems to get worse when the sun is out as the room is positioned southwards so it gets the sun all year long. Here are some pictures.

Yes, flexible decorators filler has been applied to a very dry wall to fill the gap under the coving.

What would be the best way to repair this?

Use a scraper to remove the peeling filler, then sand and paint.
