Hi, my toilet started to make loud noises when filling up a few days ago, then over filled bowl and my husband turned the pressure down but then it wont fill up but if turned rite up its really load again, fills up really fast but seems to fill up too much?

Probably the ball valve has failed. If your husband can't fix it then you need to get a plumber in.

nost like dirt in balvale turn off water c dismantle valve clean and reasemble
