washing machine dispenser Help, advice and problem solutions on all aspects of home appliances from washing machines to TV's

hi everyone,i,m new to the site(only just discovered it to be honest) i wondered if anyone can tell me how to get the fabric conditioner to go into the machine,i put it into the drawer and its still there when wash is finished. thank you in advance.

The softener gets out of the tray by siphon action so either the siphon is blocked (remove the tray and clean it) or water is not being fed into the softener section of the tray (remove the tray and clean the top part of the dispenser cavity with a bottle brush).
