by geoff12001 » Thu Nov 05, 2009 3:41 pm

I have a very cold bedroom wall. I would like to internally insulate it before decorating. I dont seem to have any damp but am not sure what I can do that will be relatively easy and will not cause fututre problems. I am ok at diy
Any advice would be welcome
