broken shaver socket

by mjwilkinson100 » Mon Jul 12, 2010 11:12 am

The shaver socket in my bathroom does not appear to be working, can I fix it or do I need to call someone in?

For all I know you may have a doctorate in electrical engineering. In which case not only could you repair it but you could design it from scratch. How are we able to judge your skills?

Likely supplied from lights so are lights still working. There are switches inside so may be able to cure problem. However at £12.75 I would not spend too much time trying to repair and if there is power at the unit I would just replace.
