by lcaines@madasafish.com » Thu Jun 21, 2007 12:55 pm

I am am looking to convert my garage in a front room/utility room, what sort of money would i have to spend to get permission to build, and if i kept it as the same structure it is now is that cheaper than knocking it down and starting again?

We don't give prices on line as there are just too many variables. Get some free quotes from builders who can see the job and you know you will be somewhere near the mark. Guessing at prices on line can be misleading to a huge extent.
