ARISTON MICRO GENIUS 23 MFFI

When trying to run hot water the flu light comes on and the water stays cold. If i move one of the joint 3 plastic pipes from the airflow switch and put my finger over one of the pipes it fires up. But as soon as I connect back to the airflow switich then flame goes out and water goes cold.

Could it be a faulty air switch or could it be a faulty flu has this only happens when it rains heavely.

you can pick an air pressure switch up for about £20 so it would be worth trying first. If not then there could be a blockage in your flue. What type of flue is it?

Venturi vent tube in flue needs checking for dust or blockage (blow through it and clean. If not this then air pressure switch about £25.00
