cost to fit new gas fire

Ive got an old style gas fire and intend buying a new 'inset' one from B&Q. I have proper chimney. been quoted £420 inc VAT to fit it (a days work apparently) is this resaonable ??

Don't buy B&Q fire, you can buy decent makes such as Valor for similar prices.

If you buy a B&Q one, people will be reluctant to repair for you - and you will not get parts for it in a couple of years
