The Jade 3 comes in a variety of power sizes so this might explain why the mcb is tripping.

However, fitting an electric shower or indeed any electrical work in a bathroom is very definitely no longer within the scope of a DIY person. The new part "P" regulations specifically restrict this work to qualified tradesmen.

You must get an electrician to examine the installation and make any amendments necessary whereby, he will give you a certificate. This will guarantee not only the safety of anyone using the shower, but also that your house insurance cover is not at risk.
