Potterton Netaheat 80E DHW but no CH

Hi
Potterton Netaheat 80E Boiler. Fires up ok for DHW but nothing happens when CH is demanded. CH controller light comes on and don't think it is the room thermostat as I bridged it out and nothing changed.
Any ideas?
Mercury vapor valve?
Capacitors on PCB?
