How i check Towel rail radiator valves? All aspects of plumbing questions and answers, help, tips and information

Hi,

Friends 1 year ago i have buy a Towel rail radiator from towel-radiator.com and i want to check their valves. so please help me how i check valves..
please reply as soon as possible.

Turn off both valves and open the vent - water should stop flowing after a short period of time. Leave the vent open and open each valve in turn - water should flow out of the vent in both cases.
