Hi,
I'm about to start a project to build an extension directly next to a neighbours existing extension. As the neighbours extension is single storey and mine will be double, I will need to build a brick + cavity + block construction.
Should I leave a gap between my brick skin and the neighbours brick skin to avoid damp coming through ?
