damp/mould

i have recently had a leak from an under (concrete} floor central heating pipe,which has now been de commissioneed, but i now have damp and mould patches showing on a plastered internal breeze block wall, can anybody help please.

Either leave it to dry out naturally which may take months or hire a de-humidifier which may take weeks.
