Hi there,
I recently had my cylinder exchanged by plumber but now boiler does not heat cylinder.... In fact even when only water on the heating circuit gets hot but the cylinder remains cold...
The plumber stated "the primary circuit is air locked" but he could not shift it!
The dhw is gravity fed and the heating is pumped. The boiler is a Myson back boiler...

Does anyone have any ideas as the plumber has given up... He tried opened nuts at "coil" also at "boiler" but still did not move air lock...

Please can anyone help me...

"the plumber has given up" Absolutely ridiculous, I suggest you do not pay the plumbers bill, he will soon find the air lock.
