Powermax 155x - How to turn on instant water?

by paultervit » Tue May 10, 2011 1:40 pm

Hello

Sorry for the daft question but I'm a bit lost and need some advice.

Recently moved into a house and it has a Powermax 155x boiler. My understanding is that this is a combi boiler and I have had the water on continuos for the last 3 weeks. Looking now it appears I've had the stoarge tank heated for the last 3 weeks. I really only want the instant water part on all the time. Is their any way to do this without heating the tank?

Thanks

Paul

ur boiler is not a combi! u have to have the water on either timed or cont to get hot water. the water is heated in the cylinder.
