Hi. I have recently had a new conservatory and to reduce cost at the time i had it left at where you can see the concrete blocks. Do these need to be boarded then skimmed or can plaster be directed directly to the blocks. If boarded would it need to be battoned then boarded or could they be dabbed. If plastered straight onto blocks what plaster would be best and what would be the best way to go about it.

You can use dry wall adhesive to stick the plasterboard directly onto the blockwork,then use a joint filler with tape to seal the gaps,sand when dry and paint.
Or same as above but use thistle board finish plaster to plaster over the plasterboard

any of your listed options would work. you could go straight onto the blocks with an undercoat plaster such as bonding, browning or hardwall though on external walls a sand and cement render is preferred.

dry lining with battens or drywall adhesive are both fine as well and give the option of adding an insulation layer.
