roughcast looks as though its fallin off???? help All manner of questions and solutions to problems and issues surrounding the subject of brickwork, blockwork and stonework

My roughcast on the back of our house just above my bedroom window looks as though its coming away, i can see a cap between the actual wall and roughcast about an 1-2inches, looks as though its starting to come away. Is this dangerous? can i fix it myself??? thanks

It would be best to remove it before the frost starts as it could fall and injure someone.
You would have to repair it using a mix of sand,lime and cement mixed with stone to match it,if you dont know what your are doing,it will look a mess,its best to call a professional.
