Length of 2.5mm cable spuring off ring main

If i spur off a socket in a room where there are 2 sockets can i use a length of cable approx 12ft coming off 1 of those wall sockets. Or should I get rid of 1 socket and use a 30amp junction box to create new socket?

Hi, either will do, but it depends if u want to lose a socket or not, or u can put a J.B. in cable & run to your new point.
