Converting a swimming pool into an annexe

by naomiv » Tue May 15, 2012 8:44 pm

We are looking at converting a derelict swimming pool that is joined onto an existing house into a liveable annexe.

The house may be in an area of AONB, although planning permission was granted in the last 15 years for the pool building.

Does anyone know if planning permission is required to start work on this?

you definatly need planning permission, contact an architect first, you will have to submit plans and he will advise you on cost, permission etc
