I HAVE HAD A PAINTER IN MY HOUSE WHO PAINTED A NEW PLASTERED WALL WITHOUT SEALING IT FIRST ANOTHER PAINTER SAID IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SEALED HOW DO WE SEAL IT NOW DO WE HAVE TO SAND THE WALL BACK TO BARE PLASTER OR CAN WE DO SOMETHING ELSE

Provided the first painter used emulsion and watered it down there should be no problem.

I AM NOT SURE ABOUT THIS SO WHATS THE BEST WAY TO GO ABOUT THIS ALSO I CAN STILL SEE THE TEST COLOURS UNDER THE PAINT SHOULD THEY HAVE BEEN SANDED OFF FIRST
