replacing halogen with led bulbs?

by 2yellows » Wed Jan 09, 2013 7:43 pm

I currently have mr16 halogen lamps and bulbs in the kitchen and gu10's in the bathroom.

Can I just replace the bulbs for led version?

not sure if the holders or wiring need to be changed.

Cheers

You should be okay changing the GU10s.
The MR16 require transformers, you will need to check these are compatible for LED lamps.

2yellows, In my experience LED lamps are pants. Try one before you replace them all.
