Cooker Points

We're converting a house into flats, and our sparky has put in 13A sockets and neon DP switches. This doesn't look good to me. What do you think?

THE REASON. WHAT DESIGN SPEC IS HE WORKING
2 ? ECT. R THESE UNITS FEEDING 13 AMP LOW
LEVEL APPLIANCES ? ECT. FIND OUT FROM YOUR
SPARKY BEFORE YOU DRAW YOUR CONCLUSIONS !
