Bosch Oven Only Partially Heats Up - Changed Element And Thermostat

Bosch fan oven model HBN435AGB01. The fan oven only heats to 140deg and no hotter. I've changed both the element and the Thermostat but it still only heats to 140deg. Any ideas what to change next????

Did you replace the thermocouple together with the thermostat?
