Do they sell 240v linkable Smoke Carbon Monoxide detectors combi's Ask questions and find answers to many subjects relating to electrics and electrical work

Hi,
has anyone seen any "Smoke/Carbon Monoxide detectors combi's" that are 240v & linkable. I can find battery ones that are stand alone, but not mains.
It's just that i have been instructed to fit smoke/heat & C/Monoxide detectors around the house as i am building a new extending & it will make the ceiling look a mess.

Who asked you to install CO detectors around the house? You only really require a single CO detector in a central location or near the boiler etc.

Hi, it was the architect that drew up the plans. I will have to check with the local DS when we start as it looks like we don't have to according to the info you posted.
