I've been trying to find a company that can supply 1.2 x 2.4 meter sheets of Knotty pine effect veneer panelling /cladding.
it was very popular in the 70's and 80's being used in out buildings and around chimney breasts and alcoves in lounges / dining areas in the home.
B & Q used to do it up until several years ago. It appears to be an obsolete item in general.

Hi, as you say they are not so popular now with the influx of laminate flooring products and tongue and groove panelling which realistically do make the job a whole lot easier. However they can still be bought as sheets of real-wood veneer from sstes such as this
