Exakt are still selling them on Ebay, if you are looking for one:

We were asked to do a product review on an Exakt saw about a year ago, and we decided to decline because we found it a little dangerous to use as we could not see the saw blade. In the hands of a pro, they would be fine use with care, but since we do cater for all lot of less experienced DIY enthusiasts as well we could wholeheartedly recommend it.
