Big heavy wall unit - what fixings are best to use?

by Charlie7000 » Sat Sep 06, 2014 9:32 am

Hello. I wonder if any of you nice experts can advise me on the best fixings for this pine wall unit/dresser/plate rack please. It is large and heavy, solid thick pine and is 33" wide 31" tall and 9" deep. It has four brass type attachments with holes in - two near the top and two about a third down. I bought it second hand so no fixings with it.

It is going on a stone, plastered wall, and will be holding a lot of weight with crockery etc and even some books maybe. Wish I had thought about this before getting it! We are a bit nervous about fixing it up.

I have bought 3 sets of fixings from local diy shop and wondered which, if any, would be the best to use.

Here are some pics - apologies for blur in some:

try thunderbolt fixings no rawplugs required, or stardrive frame fixings
