I have laid creme/white polished porcelain tiles in my hall and 18mm oak flooring in my living room. There is a height difference (about 6mm) between the two and clearly a colour difference, reddy brown of the oak flooring against the creme/white polished tile. Can you recommend a threshold to do the job?
It needs to suit the two colours, a taste thing I know, straddle the difference in height, and be made of a material that compliments the two. Preferably a threshold without screws being required. I do have stainless steel thresholds elsewhere, where the tiles meet carpet.
Thank you for any suggestions forthcoming.
