potterton 80 combi boiler

Hi i have a pottereton 80 combi boiler it will run the domestic hot water but when you put the heating on it will fire up and run for 5 minutes or so then switch off and will start again but it will not keep running it has had a new PCB Modulation board fitted recently when you put the hot tap on the pump runs ?
