Hi i recently had to patch plaster over chanels made when i re-wired my property. I used thistle bonding and than skimmed with patch plaster with good results, hpwever i got drips of dried pva on the wall which have now dried(showed up on miss coat)

I have sanded down theses drips to the plaster beneath them, should this be ok to paint over?
