Hi, this fan is meant to come on with a background humidity level ranging from 50% to 95%. Do you know whether the arrow on the HY dial has to point towards + or - to make it come on at a lower humidity? Also, what are the 1, 2 and 3 settings? There is a plastic thing slotted into the 3 setting. The fan is set to come on with the light as well as humidity, with an over-run timer. Thanks.
