Radiator valves

by Vinrouge » Thu Aug 26, 2010 4:02 pm

Is it ok to have rad valves at an angle (not vertical) so that connecting the pipework is easier? The pipes drop down and run along the skirting but the rad is 8cm from the wall meaning 2 bends to connect up to keep the valve vertical. If it is ok will the thermostatic valve function correctly?

Yes it will work perfectly well, but doesn't look too good.
